Beth, otherwise known as Coach B, has been in the fitness industry for over 5 years, coaching clients through weightlifting, injury prevention, strength training, and functional conditioning. She is certified in personal training and specializes in glute development, hybrid/Hyrox-style training, and helping individuals feel confident building strength in and out of the gym.

Areas of Interest
Her passion for coaching started when she realized how transformative fitness was for herself, not just physically, but mentally. Beth believes movement is the key to building confidence, community, and a happier, healthier life. Her coaching style is high-energy, encouraging, and focused on making fitness fun while pushing you to new levels you didn’t think possible.
