We bring the Better Bodies experience to you with our Online Nutrition and Fitness coaching. Our Certified Personal Trainer works 1:1 with you creating a complete, personalized approach that covers your training, nutrition, performance, and overall health. Everything is built around your goals, exercise history, injury background, lifestyle, and individual needs.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Training
We’ll start by assessing your mobility, then your trainer will design a customized training plan that not only builds strength and muscle but also improves your mobility, athleticism, and long-term longevity. The goal is for you to look great, feel great, and move well — so you can enjoy the things you love without worrying about injuries.

You’ll send an inventory of your gym equipment, your available training days, and together you and your trainer will create a realistic, effective program you’ll actually enjoy and stick to.

Nutrition
Your nutrition plan will be tailored to your goals, preferences, and any dietary restrictions. Your trainer will teach you how to integrate nutrition into your lifestyle without sacrificing everything you enjoy. You’ll learn how to make compromises, stay flexible, and strike a balance between discipline and enjoyment.

The level of structure will be adjusted depending on your goals — whether it’s fat loss, muscle building, or performance — to find a sustainable approach that works for you.

Program Delivery
Your entire program — training and nutrition — will be delivered through a dedicated app.

Workouts include exercise videos, set and rep guidelines, intensity cues, and clear form instructions through a video library.

On the nutrition side, you typically start with a meal plan to establish a solid foundation, then your trainer will teach you how to track macros and fuel your workouts effectively while chasing your goals.

Ongoing Support
Your program is managed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, tracking your progress through weekly check-ins. Regularly auditing your training, nutrition, and other key metrics to keep you moving forward, making adjustments when necessary so you never plateau or feel stuck.

Full Access & Feedback
You’ll have 7-day-a-week access to your trainer via WhatsApp and the app for questions, feedback, accountability, and ongoing support. One of the biggest value adds for online clients is unlimited training video reviews — you can send clips of your lifts, and receive detailed feedback and coaching cues just like if your trainer were there with you in person.

Flexible, No-Commitment Subscription
This coaching is offered on a simple, month-to-month subscription basis. There are no long-term contracts or commitments — stay as long as it’s helping you. The goal is for you to be genuinely excited about your progress and the coaching process.
