Areas of Interest
During her undergraduate degree, Bri completed a 3 year strength & conditioning internship at Queen’s University, where she was the lead trainer for the Varsity men’s hockey and volleyball teams. This early introduction to strength training and programming was the catalyst for how she practices physiotherapy today and her own love for the gym. In her clinical work, she uses a mix of exercise rehab, manual therapy and education to allow for the perfect mix of treatment modalities. Bri is passionate about what she does and her practice reflects this - nothing makes her happier than helping clients recover from injury and achieve their goals.

About the Practitioner
Outside of the gym & clinic, Bri is always on the go. She is Ironman 70.3 finisher, long distance runner, avid hiker, skier, and all around outdoor lover.
