Kyle is a functional fitness coach specializing in strength development, movement quality, injury resilience, and long-term health. He works with a diverse range of clients - from young athletes to older adults - designing effective, engaging training programs that help people move well, build strength, and stay active for life.

Kyle is passionate about functional strength training, athletic performance, injury prevention, and helping people build resilience through movement. He enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities, empowering them to move with confidence, improve performance, and support their long-term health and wellbeing.

About the Trainer
Kyle began his coaching journey in Scotland as a football (soccer) coach, where he developed a passion for helping athletes improve performance while reducing the risk of sport-related injuries. That passion naturally evolved into personal training, and since returning to the profession full-time in 2020, he has found it both incredibly rewarding and genuinely fun.

Kyle believes great coaching extends beyond the gym. By creating a supportive environment, building confidence, and making training both purposeful and enjoyable, he helps clients trust the process and achieve more than they thought possible.
